I’m Venus

I’ve been immersed in the world of design since 2008, starting out as a graphic and web designer. However, it was in 2016 that I experienced a pivotal shift in my career when I embarked on my first digital platform project for au pairs and families.
While the initial challenge of marketing my product was daunting, it ultimately opened up a world of new opportunities. In 2017, I landed my first role as a UX product designer at a major retailer, where I gained invaluable experience in the field.

What came naturally to me during this time was my ability to tackle complex problems and my deep passion for understanding customer needs through research. This approach allowed me to define the areas of opportunity where I could improve the product and deliver exceptional user experiences.
